     Carl Stanley King was employed by the Arizona Department of Corrections circa 1984.² He was employed by the North Carolina Employment Security Commission at Raleigh, Wake County, North Carolina, as an Investigator.² He was retired in 1995 at Raleigh, Wake County, North Carolina.² He resided at Raleigh, Wake County, North Carolina, in 2000.⁵

     William Joseph King was employed by the Ohio State University in September 1964 at Dayton, Montgomery County, Ohio. He was one of the founding faculty members in the Classics Department of the new campus near Wright-Patterson Air Force Base that came to be identified as Wright State University.⁴ He was employed by the Wright State University Classics Department before 1997 at Dayton, Montgomery County, Ohio, as an Associate Professor. He resided at Dayton, Montgomery County, Ohio, in 1997.

It documents Shupings in Rowan, Burke, Cabarrus and mecklenberg Counties descended from Louis Juppin aka Ludwig Schupping who moved from France to Hassloch, Germany, in the Pfalz and became a citizen there in 1658. The American ancestor of all these Shupings is Johann Nicholas Schupping (born 1739 in Germany), residing in Pennsylvania in 1767; wife Catherine Holshouser. They had moved to North Carolina by 1784 when her father Casper Holshouser made his will.
