     Carol Joyce Hinds served as the interim Dean of the College of Community Services, directed the Department of Community Planning/Administration, and served as Associate Director of the School of Planning. As Associate Professor, Carol participated in the Sister City Health Care Exchange with Kharkov, Ukraine in 1991.
     Carol Joyce Hinds served as President of Cincinnati Catholic Women’s Association, 1998-2000 and 2003-2005, and she was President of Woman’s Club of the University of Cincinnati in 2000-2001 and again 2009-2010. Carol retired from the university as Associate Professor Emerita of Health Planning/ Administration in 1992. She had served 23 years as a faculty member and academic administrator.

He held degrees from The Taft School, Notre Dame, Yale, Episcopal Divinity School and University of Cincinnati. He loved life and all creatures great and small.¹
