     He was employed by IBM Corporation from 1957 to 1994 at various locations, the last of which was Raleigh, N.C. in 1969 or 1970. He was a Sophomore in July 1957 at New Mexico A&M College, Las Cruces, Doña Ana County, New Mexico.1
     Leo was a member of Grace Lutheran Church at Raleigh, Wake County, North Carolina, on 20 September 1970. He transferred his membership to Holy Trinity ELCA congregation about 2000.2 He was actively involved in several organizations that promote nonviolence and justice, including The Albert Einstein Institution, United Nations Association of the USA, Lutheran Peace Fellowship (both its national office and a chapter local to Wake County, North Carolina), and a North Carolina State Fair Peace Booth steering committee.
