     Sister Helen was employed from 1981 to 1986 at Raleigh, Wake County, North Carolina, as the founding director of Urban Ministries of Raleigh. After leaving this position, she returned to Massachusetts and resumed her academic teaching career.1 To honor Sister Helen while celebrating its 20th anniversary of service in November 2001, Urban Ministries of Raleigh/Wake County, North Carolina changed the name of its emergency shelter for women from The Ark Shelter to Helen Wright Center for Women.5
     Sister Helen was employed after 1986 at Boston, Massachusetts, as a teacher in the Pastoral Department of Emanuel College.1
