     He and Alma Elizabeth Weant were adopted in 1922 at Rowan County, North Carolina. Charles Wesley Weant lived at Franklin Township, Rowan County, North Carolina, on 1 April 1930 with Charles Augustus Weant and Sarah Jane Weant.1 Charles Wesley Weant lived at RFD 4, Ridge Rd east from Ellis Crossroads, Franklin Township, Rowan County, North Carolina, on 1 April 1940 with Charles Augustus Weant and Sarah Jane Weant.2 Charles Wesley Weant was employed by Fairchild Aircraft Corporation on 14 February 1942 at 117 Broadway, Hagerstown, Washington County, Maryland.3 He was employed on 26 April 1950 as a carman helper for a railroad; he worked 60 hours the preceding week.4 He was employed by IBM circa 1965 at Raleigh, Wake County, North Carolina. Charles retired from IBM circa 1985.
